Adult Orchestra

"The String Connection"

The String Connection is an adult intermediate level string orchestra, with string players ranging from the beginning to advanced playing levels. The orchestra rehearses at "The Cello Connection" cello studio in Banbury Place, Thursday nights for one hour, approximately thirteen times per semester. Just finishing the second season, the orchestra is continuing with the third season January 21, 2010. With a "NO Audition" policy, new musicians are now being accepted. Prerequisites include: must be age 18, and must be able to play 1st position notes in simple keys (knowledge of simple extensions helpful) and must enjoy playing!

       Spring Session: Begins January 21, 2010 (Schedule TBA)
       Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

       Banbury Place, Bldg. 13, Suite 20 (at The Cello Connection)
       Galloway Street Entrance
       Eau Claire, WI

       $25 fee per musician for January - May.
